INGREDIENTS1 1/3 c.
apple cider vinegar3/4 c.
sugar1 1/2 tbsp.
kosher salt 1/4 tsp.
sliced 1/4-inch-thick1/2 c.
thinly sliced onion1 tsp.
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and 2/3 cup water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved, 3 to 5 minutes; remove from heat and stir in turmeric.
- Place cucumbers, onion, celery seeds, and mustard seeds in a bowl or 2 pint jars, dividing evenly. Pour brine over cucumber mixture and let cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight and up to 3 days.
